Four Seasons Property Management Services is a preventive property management and monitoring service for absentee or vacationing homeowners in Julian California.

We provide a full range of services, including a weekly, bi-weekly, seasonal or vacation inspection of your home. We will walk the property inside and out to determine if there are any items needing immediate or future attention. You are provided dated reports of each inspection with notes on any recommendations. Property inspections can be digitally documented and forwarded to you for review. We will notify you for permission to bring in a professional to make any needed repairs.
