The Purpose of our Business is to help maintain and care for your second home or even your personal residence when you are on vacation.  By routine inspections we can find and repair problems before they become expensive. Saving you money and giving you time to enjoy your home. 

We can act as the local contact for your security company.

How often is our property inspected?   You decide-
weekly, bi-weekly, seasonal or only when you're on vacation.  Inspection arrangements are chosen from the start according to your needs and a personal checklist is made for your property.  You will receive a dated report for each visit noting any action we took or items needing attention. You are billed monthly and reports are sent, via email or mail.

Let us keep a key on file, call our service when you need it.

What happens when you find a problem? If it needs immediate attention we will have it repaired. We will follow up with a call and inform you.  If a repair can be put on hold without causing further damage to your home you will be contacted for permission to bring in a professional and make repairs.

At your request we can arrange to have all other large or small property items such as; maintenance, remodeling or additions taken care of in a professional manner. 

How long have we been in business? Raised in a family of construction tradesmen Dean Press followed suit and now has over 30 years in custom residential construction. Julie Press's work experience is in construction office management, 28 years and 8 years with a CA Realtor license.  Together we have built/managed all phases of residential home projects, as well as new construction, major home remodeling and landscaping projects for our own personal use.  This first hand experience has given us insight into many facets of home building/ownership, and an understanding on directions you may decide to take with your personal investment.  We are licensed, bonded and insured.

Our civic duties include being an active part of an international group of volunteers divided into local regions.  Dean serves as one of the project coordinators and Julie's responsibility is to schedule over 200 volunteers who make up the mobile kitchen. In the event of a disaster local regions are called to assist.
